Note: Free Duplication is a special stunt for Power Duplication that should be monitored closely by the Narrator. It allows the hero to duplicate powers without requiring a subject to duplicate. A scientific power cannot create magical effects, however, and vice versa.
Note II: Starred (*) powers are linked to the wielder's Willpower; Power Duplication is equal to half the owner's will, all others have a power level equal to will. All powers use Willpower as Trump; the Mental Control skill applies to all powers.

Character history:
Joseph Ledger was an astronaut in NASA's Hyperion project (their world's equvalent of the Apollo moon missions) when he encountered a strange being: Skymax, the mysterious Skrullian Skymaster. Though possessed of great personal power and endowed with the mighty Power Prism by Eon, universal protector, he had been badly wounded and worse, separated from his connection to the Prism. One last act of will enabled him to seek out a worthy successor as one of Eon's Protectors of the Universe; Joe, who found Skymax's spaceship, qualified with flying colors. The Prism bonded with Joe and with its virtually limitless power he saved Skymax's life.

Tactics:
Joe isn't the technical genius that his fellow legends are, but in many ways he's the backbone of the team's strategy. Individually, he'll create simple constructs, attacks and defenses, which is plenty to deal with most villains. This has given him an undeserved reputation as unimaginative; nothing could be further from the truth. When the situation arises, he'll generate anything from disorienting flashes to bizarre gadgetry to defeat an enemy. With his teammates, however, Joe prefers to supplement their efforts by providing distractions, restraints, ricochet points and the like.
