History: Borrowed from Titans’ Tower

Emil LaSalle’s origin is unknown. The French nationalist joined the New Brotherhood in order to get back at Madame Rouge, who had somehow offended him in the past.

As Warp, he joined the Brotherhood of Evil because of that group’s plan for revenge against Rouge. With the help of the New Teen Titans, the Brotherhood killed Rouge and her accomplices. Warp is one of the most unstable members of the Brotherhood. He enjoys leading the romantic life of an international criminal and considers himself his own man. He works with the Brotherhood, not just for them. Warp feels some sort of loyalty toward the other new members of the Brotherhood, for he will not leave them in the lurch.

Since then, Warp and the Brotherhood have opposed the New Teen Titans on numerous occasions. Warp later resurfaced back with the Brotherhood, now calling themselves the Society of Sin.
