Well, the weather is “fair” for this time of year, not as hot as it could be, and we’re balanced on the middle of the month (the Ides of August, as it were…)

FTR, the power problems in the northeast are even affecting some of us in Southern California; our domain name provider is in that region, so most of our incoming mail was cut off (and a bunch apparently lost) yesterday afternoon. It’s down again now, too. Ah, well, at least the ISP is up so I don’t have to go through net withdrawal :-).

Morgan (aka Lorena), site designer for Silver Gateways, is happily married to Roland/Rowan/Robin. While she was a frequent blogger in the 00's, nowadays she mostly leaves that to her other half and concentrates on managing their web presence. She was also the "web goddess" for the EVDC.
